It was an honour to be part of the civic reception accorded to the honourable Prime Minister of Portugal António Costa by CII at the Adil Shah Palace in Panaji, Goa, India in Jan 2017.
Mr. António Costa is of Goan origin. Portugal and Europe share deep ties with Goa, India. There are significant areas where Indian and Portuguese companies can collaborate and these tie-ups can improve business. Science and technology, IT, renewable energy, tourism and hospitality are some areas. PM Modi also launched the India-Portugal International Startup Hub recently.
